RCWh

• While watching one of greenrider Danara's grandsons, D'ner, in the Weyrling Quad, she and her CH-5 classmate Weyrwoman Imara reminisce about weyrlinghood. The conversation later turns to the troubles another of her grandsons and Imara's granddaughter are having with Weyrleader D'ylen -- Danara's son.

TRH

• The need to take an unexpected business trip to Fairview Seahold becomes a trip for a whole other reason when Kieran learns of his second wife's adulterous relationship with his eldest son by his first marriage.

~~Day 02~~

RCWh

• Weyrlingmaster Z'reg sends weyrling R'lie to bed early after he finds the 12-Turn-old bronzerider falling asleep during the midday meal.
• I'ver and B'ly have a casual conversation.

TRH

• Kieran and his son Kiemer journey via carriage from Timber Ridge to Fairview Seahold, giving Kiemer his first look at the world beyond his home, and his first encounter with his cousins in Fairview.

~~Day 03~~

RCWh

• T'rint gets upset when he realizes that Ql'rin, his weyrmate, is not only watching him oil Erelth but also sketching them. T'rint, being self-conscious of his scars, is seemingly unable to see past them, whereas Ql'rin seemingly only sketches the idealized T'rint of his imagination, and not the reality of the man's injuries.
• For the first time in a month, Kr'lis tries to walk as part of his physical therapy. The results are less than stellar. Afterwards, Kr'lis introduces Falen to his dragon, Eberith
• Braydan and Kisha secretly move into their own quarters, all the while fearing that Braydan's father, who disapproved of the idea, will find out that Lady Weyrholder Imara approved of it anyway.

FVSH

• Memories of their meeting the previous sevenday still fresh in their minds, Koser and Jegur exchange letters in a prolog to a second meeting.
• Under the guise of doing some craft work for Koser, Jegur visits the starsmith at Star Peak Hold for more personal reasons.

TRH

• Kieran and his son Kiemer go to visit the Seamen's School and their Dolphineers Program -- their first of several planned stops for the day.
• Kieran and Kiemer's second stop of the day, and Kieran's first for business, is Fairview's shipyards, where they see the Quest being refitted.

~~Day 04~~

RCWh

• D'rune sees J'yce at breakfast and reminds him of their scheduled trip to the beach...
• Falen spend some quality time with Kr'lis' dragon, Eberith, getting to know her and helping her to exercise. Afterwards, he goes to see Kr'lis to tell him how it went.

SPO

• Apprentice starsmith Glavin chokes during an exam thanks to a few words of 'encouragement' from one of his teachers, Journeyman Markish.

• Several of the Weyrhold's healers and dragonhealers meet to discuss a new type of treatment for both dragons and humans, and offer their differing views.

FVSH

• Alidan takes his cousin Kiemer on a guided tour of most of the places that they aren't allowed to go in the Lord Holder's residence at Fairview Seahold.

~~Day 06~~

RCWh

• Mr'kez pays Kr'lis an infrequent visit, bringing the bedridden greenrider a pair of books to keep him occupied. He's surprised to learn that Kr'lis is dating someone.
• Fearing that his weyrmate, T'rint, might be not telling him the whole truth about what the healers are saying about his recovery, Ql'rin unexpectedly shows up in the Infirmary on a lame excuse so as to join T'rint for his regular check-up. Though T'rint denies keeping anything from him, Ql'rin soon learns that this isn't entirely true.
• While waiting for a Wing meeting to start, Ql'rin strikes up a conversation with one of his wingmates: M'ei, a greenrider recently transferred in from Great Falls Weyrhold.
• M'ei encounters T'rint, trying a different form of exercise, and the two have a somewhat awkward conversation.
• Following a Wing meeting, Ql'rin hurriedly secures the fixings needed for the dinner he and his weyrmate, T'rint, had discussed earlier that day in the Infirmary. Unfortunately, things don't end up the way they had hoped after questions are raised about why Ql'rin's green, Hazalith, is off her usual mating cycle.

~~Day 07~~

RCWh

• Though many Turns out of weyrlinghood himself, Ql'rin pays Rocky Crater's Weyrlingmaster a visit to discuss some concerns Ql'rin has about his dragon, Hazalith's, well-being.
• T'rint and Ql'rin discuss the results of Ql'rin's meeting with Weyrlingmaster Z'reg -- neither really looking forward to putting the man's suggestions into practice.
• Remembering that his father's birthing day is fast approaching, and not having had a chance to get or make him a gift due to his Threadscore injures, Kr'lis gets Falen to take him on a quick shopping trip to the Weyrhold's tapestry weavers' shop.
• K'gan and Lizzeria depart from the dining hall to have a party of their own.

RCWh & TRH

• Emerilyn and Kiell go to visit Kr'lis at the Weyrhold, and get an unexpected ride home to Timber Ridge Hold on Lady Weyrholder Imara's queen.

~~Day 08~~

RCWh

• A casual conversation in the bathing chamber turns into a morning quickie for weyrmates T'rint and Ql'rin.
• D'ylen discovers that Imara has given Braydan and Kisha the private room that they wanted.

TRH

• Kieran and Kiemer return from their trip to Fairview Seahold, and there are several secrets traveling with them that have the potential to change the course of the Hold for many Turns to come.

~~Day 09~~

RCWh

• While trying to take their morning baths, R'lie and I'ver find they need to keep one eye on each of their dragonets lest they join them in the bathing pool!
• Dragonhealer D'rune pays a house call on T'rint's Erelth, and discusses the blue's progress with T'rint and his weyrmate, Ql'rin. And Ql'rin raises the issue of his Hazalith being overdue for her mating flight -- perhaps because of his relationship with T'rint.

~~Day 10~~

RCWh

• Or'bel turns 32 and Gr'vael wants to give him a special gift. His idea of "special" and Or'bel's idea of "special" turn out to be two different things -- not that Gr'vael is going to complain!
• A small introduction to Illirain, aka Rain, and her family, Central Valley, at home and in the woodshop.
• Greenrider M'ei and bluerider Mr'kez -- riders from different Wings -- meet each other for the first time while exercising in the Weyrhold's training room, and end up giving each other a hand with their respective workouts.

~~Day 11~~

RCWh

• Strutting into the bathing chamber his weyr shared with Gr'vael's is the last place that Or'bel expected to see Wyrraen -- a sadist and former one-night-stand of the greenrider's. The news of who Wyrraen is, the subsequent ejection of Wyrraen from the weyr, leaves Gr'vael with pangs of guilt -- among other pains.
• Orlando gets adopted
• J'yce intentionally bumps into D'rune at the dragon infirmary and invites him to breakfast in the dining hall. Breakfast leads to a dinner invite to D'rune's weyr, with a very special dessert.

~~Day 12~~

RCWh

• While making a pre-lights out check of the male weyrlings' barracks, Jr'vok pauses to talk with blue-riding weyrling I'ver about Bralekath's itchy hide.
• Imara gets assigned Piyer and Mykhalin to help her move several volumes of old Weyr Records to her office. Faranth help her!

• Karyna meets, befriends, and finds herself invited on what can only be described (in her mind at least) as a date with a bluerider, M'lot, all in the span of an hour.

~~Day 14~~

RCWh

• M'lot takes Karyna on the day trip to Dragon's Cove, the Weyrhold's fishing village, that they'd discussed the night before.
• T'rint and Ql'rin naively pick Or'bel and Gr'vael to socialize with, and nearly die of embarrassment from the men's overt sexual advances and double-meaninged phrases.
• Imara and Danara invite their grandchildren, Braydan and Kisha, to a quiet dinner for four, but an uninvited fifth wheel, D'ylen, unexpectedly joins them. Later, Imara and Danara discuss the merits of having younger men as lovers.
• Stormchaser Wing has a very rigorous and demoralizingly long Threadfall drill over the Southern Continent.

TRH

• Holder Kieran finally gets an upper hand on Journeyman Harper Adelm -- a loyalist to Kieran's mother and late father -- when Master Harper Reylind arrives to oversee Adelm and run Timber Ridge's Harper-related affairs.

~~Day 15~~

RCWh

• Fawnia, Rocky Crater's junior weyrwoman, turns to Lady Weyrholder Imara when she fears the worst possible news about her health. After retiring to Imara's quarters, Master Healer Preijan confirms what Fawnia feared: she is pregnant. Who the father is, well, that's anyone's guess.
• Imara informs D'ylen that Fawnia is pregnant -- which he quickly denies any responsibility for -- and that because of this, their plans to transfer both the junior goldrider and a troublesome, bronze-riding former Weyrleader are on indefinite hold.
• Following live fire drills, Alejandra and Grechel discuss their added duties and feelings about the return of Thread.

• Weyrling I'ver responds to the Weyrlingmaster's comments and queries about young Bralekath.
• Though his blue failed to win Zanath's mating flight, Mr'kezmanages to catch a handsome greenrider, M'ei, nonetheless.

ATS

• Koser requests a program to determine orbits of newly discovered planets

SPO

• Dead tired from sleep depravation, apprentice starsmith Glavin hands in one assignment to his journeyman, Markish, only to be given an even bigger research assignment and only a single sevenday to finish it. Who needs sleep anyway?

RCWh

• Mykhalin comes down with a mild fever, and is subsequently surprised when Piyer shows a heretofore unseen side of himself.
• To help keep their dragonets from quarreling over the "rope toy" he'd given Tylth, D'ner shows I'ver where to find one for Bralekath.
• Junior Weyrwoman Fawnia arranges to have a private dinner with bronzerider D'veck in an effort to get to know more about the man.

ATS

• Erivan delivers a package to Jerayt and helps to setup a new piece of computer equipment.
• In the early morning hours, Koser and Jegur have a pillow-talk discussion about how to keep their liaison going once Jegur is finished doing the sketches for Koser.

• His fever unimproved after a night's sleep, Mykhalin goes to the Infirmary. Unfortunately, a somewhat perverted suggestion from Piyer lingers a little too memorably in Mykhalin's mind while he's there.
• Triesanr and the Weyrlingmaster discuss Razmatizth's alertness.

SPH-ATS

• Looking for his mother, Erivan happens across Carine in the laundry room, and they strike up a conversation.

FVSH

• Seval and Marack find the brighter side of life as apprentices as they make the most of what is basically an onerous assignment

• Apprentice healer Kisha is called upon to assist Master Preijan with an unusual problem concerning one member of a particularly troublesome pair of weyrbrats.
• On the night before their son's birthing day, J'yce and Daellyn explore the heretofore murky boundaries of their relationship, only to find more questions than answers.
