• Imara discovers Nysolde grieving and the two banter back into good spirits
• Lost in their own thoughts, T'rint and Ql'rin bump into each other, literally, in the dining hall.
• T'rint and Ql'rin meet for their dinner. . . appointment?, insisting that they are not on a date.
• J'yce's thoughts wander down a far too frequently trodden path.
• Daellyn experiences dreams and memories.

• Imara visits her son and his family at Star Peak Observatory, and returns with more than she expected.

~~Day 02~~

RCWh

• Imara tells Kisha of what opportunities she will have as she starts her life at the Weryhold.
• T'rint and Ql'rin meet for breakfast and, while things warm between them a little, the tension from their self-imposed isolations remains a problem between them.
• While bathing their dragons, T'rint and Ql'rin start to let down their guards and open up to each other, finally finding some common ground. The bathing, however, ends with tension of a different kind building up between them.
• As the sexual tension builds between T'rint and Ql'rin each must face something that they fear to do: reveal their scars.
• D'ylen and Kisha bump into each other in the Weyrhold's hallways and, neither knowing who the other is, they end up going back to D'ylen's weyr for her first night of *intimate companionship* ever.

FVSH

• Ql'rin pays his best friend an early morning visit to grumble about his not-a-date with T'rint the evening before.

• It's a plain day and C'ric considers how far he is to knowing Tsebath.

• Mariska stumbles across Macnabbin's work and -- after an initial altercation -- convinces him to teach her about plants.

~~Day 04~~

RCWh

• K'gan meets Imara for the first time, and receives a reprimand.
• The Weyrleaders and the Weyrhold's Headwoman have a brief breakfast meeting, discussing fosterlings and the weyrlings first trips *between*. Then D'ylen's world gets turned upside down when he meets Imara's granddaughter, Kisha.
• Just after midnight, a weary healer and a weyrling share a cup of klah. Friendship ensues.

FVSH (Timber Ridge Hold)

• Kieran gets away from his pregnant wife and spends time with his mistress and their children.

SPH

• Tobey finally gets up the nerve to ask Resedana to a dance, not realizing that his brother, Barlan, is interested in her as well.

• Imara goes shopping for her granddaughter
• E'tyr and Kisha meet mistakenly, and the two share lunch
• Kisha spends an afternoon in the infirmary with Mariska, learning a bit about healercraft

• Imara suggests that C'ric visit with her granddaughter to help the girl adjust to her new home.

FVSH (Timber Ridge Hold)

• Kieran's wife's demands on him and his Hold's staff push the man beyond his limits. Fleeing his own home, he eventually finds comfort in the arms of mistress.

• Imara and Mr'kez talk about his being injured at the last hatching and her concerns over how he and Nevyth might react to the next one.
• Kr'lis and Mr'kez talk about the injuries Kr'lis' green inflicted on Mr'kez during the hatching, and Kr'lis reveals the real reason -- in his mind at least -- behind why Eberith did it.

FVSH (Timber Ridge Hold)

• The morning after Kieran storms out on Eirene, he gets word that his daughter was born prematurely in the night, causing guilt over the fight to haunt him.

• Imara greets a new greenrider, Nilyn, and questions her about what and how searchriders know about candidates.

~~Day 09~~

RCWh

• Nilyn practices her guitar, puts a baby to sleep and she and Mariska talk.

~~Day 10~~

• Mariska returns to the Seahold and visits with Macnabbin.

SPO

• Apprentice Glavin assists journeyman Markish in servicing a small telescope at the Observatory

~~Day 11~~

RCWh

• J'yce and Jaeger meet for the first time when Jaeger comes to the greenrider-smith's workshop on an errand for his mother.
• Jaeger tells his mother of his visit with J'yce, and Daellyn gives him permission to visit again, providing that she meets the smith.
• After a long day of classes, Ql'rin visits with T'rint to show him a draft sketch of a painting of Erelth. As the visit progresses, they open up more, each revealing more of their scars to the other.

• A slip of a knife sends J'yce to the Infirmary where Mariska provides him with some emergency medical attention.
• D'ylen summons injured bluerider Lo'rien to meet him in the dining hall where he informs Lo'rien that he is approving the man's request to permanently transfer to Rocky Crater.

• Jyna and Sokel argue about what their daughter should be doing with her time.

• Mariska and Feralla meet and share a meal and talk about men.

• While walking through the Weyrhold's courtyards, C'ric and Kr'lis have a long talk about learning to go *between* and mating flights, and their fears about them.
• J'yce goes to meet Jaeger's mother and the meeting doesn't go as planned. It turns out that they knew each other from before he Impressed, and happy childhood memories are not the only thing that J'yce and Daellyn share.

• Imara visits S'khen to make a request for an outfit.
• Braydan and Kisha meet for the first time, and despite rampant flirting on both sides things do not go as expected.

• While spending the night in T'rint's weyr, Ql'rin has a nightmare, which leads to him finally sharing with T'rint what had happened to him to make him leave Monaco Bay.

• D'ylen and Kisha meet and exchange a few words, to no satisfactory end.
• Meesa goes to the infirmary and hurts herself, but healer Mariska comes to her rescue.

• Ql'rin's good news about his quest to earn his journeyman's knots is tempered by news from a healer treating T'rint. Taking matters into his own hands, Qal takes charge of overseeing T'rint's treatments, and an emotional roller coaster ride follows as the pair draw closer together.
